It was around a week and a half or so before Christmas(YES, thats right, 'Christmas' for all you muslims out there. its a Christian holiday that almost the whole world celebrate, but is something that, as with almost everything else, your trying to take away from us!), my mum decided to take a trip on her own into the city centre of Manchester to do some christmas shopping for my neice & Nephew. After a while of walking around the busy shops, she was confronted by a group of four Asian youths(This was what she called them to the police, i'd use a slightly stronger term!) After the usual greeting you'd expect from these 'youths', my mum tried to make her way past them, as she did she was punched in the side of the head, then again in the stomach. As she fell to the floor, she was kicked repeatedly before these 'heroic' scum made off with what they could get their hands on; which was her purse(containing what she said was around 23pounds, her debit card and her return bus ticket!) and a shopping bag, which contained a fairy outfit and colouring set for my 5-year old neice and a football backpack for my 10-year old nephew.

This unprevoked attack took place in broad daylight, in the early afternoon, and my mum recalled screaming for help from passers-bys, who just pretended as though they hadn't seen anything! This gang however did make their getaway when after a few minutes of beating my mum, a woman who had a child with her saw what was happening and screamed at the gang to stop, which they did, making off with their 'winnings'. This woman helped my mum up before calling for an ambulance, my mum's injuries were that bad.

she was taken to the hospital(after waiting quite a while for the ambulance to turn up!), and during her journey there, she had a heart attack.

she was stable once at the hospital, which is when myself, my sister, my uncle and my step-father were informed what had happened. We were there when, after a little while resting, she was questioned by the police,i couldn't believe my ears with one of the questions the police asked her, the officer actually asked her what she had done to provoke them into beating her, as if it was all her fault !!!

needless to say, we all wanted this scum found, and i couldn't tell you what we wanted to do to them if we did find them, but all my mum wanted to do was to go home(we had contacted her bank and cancelled her debit card, which was never used by these thugs).She was released from hospital a few days before Christmas, which we were all very greatful for, and hoped that she would try to put this experience behind her.

This however was never going to be the case, you see, my mum loved life, she loved going out, to her local for a drink, to restaurants, to visit the rest of our family, going shopping, taking her granchildren on days out etc, this never happened after her attack, she became move & move withdrawn, didn't leave her house, and would rarely even speak up if there was more than two people in the room with her.

Late January this year, she had another heart attack. She was again taken to hospital. We all got to the hospital again and arrived and found her in a bad, but stable way. She was in hospital for a little while, and once on her release, she explained that she was watching something on the TV where there was a gang of Asian scum, oops sorry, 'youths'. this made her recall her attack and ended up her having a heart attack. In the following months, all our family did all we could for my mother, making sure she felt as safe as possible, and that she had everything she needed. Late June this year, she had a stroke, again being rushed to hospital, where she slipped into a coma, two weeks ago and a week before my birthday, my mum died, she was 58 years old.

my mum never recovered from her attack at Christmas, and myself and my sister have lost our dear loving mother, and for what? 23 pounds and a few presents that would be useless to this gang, and to top it all, my mum was made by the police to feel as though this was her fault. We have made several visits and countless calls to the police to ask how their 'enquires' have gone, and each time(i say each time, more to the point, when the police don't fob us off) we're told, that its still an ongoing investigation!

Although i know i shouldn't stoop to the level of this swampscum, if i ever find the 'gang' who were responsible for this attack on my mum, i will strip the skin from their bodies! But i know this will never bring my mum back to us.

I fear if we don't do something now about the growing muslim invasion into our great country and stop it turning into Great Britainistan, attacks like this will become more and more common until this filth has driven us off our own land.

This country is slowly slipping away from us, but its still not to late, we need to act now, and let US take back our country that we all love.

GORDON Brown yesterday vowed to keep public spending in Scotland at its present level despite squeals from English regions.

The Prime Minister has refused to bow to demands that he alter the controversial funding arrangement.

Anger at what the English see as a favourable deal for Scots has intensified over recent months, particularly as people south of the Border realise that there are often greater benefits to living here.

Initiative such as free care for the elderly, and Alex Salmond's intention to abolish tuition fees for Scots, EU and Northern Irish students - but not for English students - has rankled in the corridors of Westminster.

Improved services available in Scotland also include extra cancer drugs on the NHS.

But Mr Brown yesterday refused to countenance any overhaul of funding for Scotland.

"There are always difficult choices in public expenditure about where resources go," he said, but claimed the current system had "lasted for more than 30, maybe 40 years now."

Mr Brown signalled his support for the controversial Barnett Formula, blamed by many critics for higher state spending in Scotland compared with England.

Last year, spending per head on public services was £6,762 in England, but £7,597 in Scotland. In fact, the best funded region of the UK is Northern Ireland which gets £8,216 a year for services.

And London, if taken in isolation, gets a whopping £8,404 per head, considerably more per head than the Scots.

The Prime Minister said: "It is a formula that is well tested and tried, it has been used by Governments of all political colours and I believe that will be the basis on which the public spending settlement will be signed.

"And when I talk about difficult choices in public spending, I mean in every area, whether it's transport, or the environment or social security, there are choices that have to be made."

His remarks indicated the formula will continue after by the Government's forthcoming Comprehensive Spending Review, a three-year public spending plan from the Treasury due this autumn.

He added: "There are things that we will deal with in the spending review."

But his vow fuelled anger that English taxpayers are suffering a raw deal.

Blair Gibbs, Campaign Director of the TaxPayers' Alliance said: "Gordon Brown might want to pretend that everything is fine and dandy but English taxpayers know the truth. "Spending decisions made in Edinburgh are creating a big divide between what public services are available north of the border, and what their compatriots in England receive for the same taxes."

He added: "If this unfairness is not addressed soon, it will only strengthen calls to break up the Union which is not something that most people - including Mr Brown - want."

But Mr Brown insisted that he wanted to work closely with Mr Salmond - and the first ministers of Wales and Northern Ireland - "to make sure the United Kingdom is not only prosperous but is also sustainable, and we get the benefit of the United Kingdom going to all the people of the United Kingdom.

"Obviously there are difficult decisions to be made in relation to the resources in each of the individual parts of the United Kingdom.

On the face of it, it's good, very good. In reality it's bad, very bad. The North-East now has its own Government Minister. So do Yorkshire and Humberside, the South-West and the other five so-called regions of England. Unveiled as "regional champions'', their ministers can put the case for their corner of the kingdom at the highest level.

The fact that their voices might well drown each other out with their common calls for more investment in schools, roads, businesses, tourism etc, is a mere minor quibble to be directed against these loudly-trumpeted appointments.

Crucially, they are further nails in the coffin of England, almost certainly designed as such. For while Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland escape the regional carve-up and remain firmly stamped on the map of Europe, England becomes harder to discern.

Strictly, this doesn't exclude England, but since the regional divisions are confined to England, that is almost certainly its meaning.

The North-East is said to have the nation's strongest regional identity - which is why it was selected for the referendum expected to endorse regional government. As I noted last week, the 78 per cent rejection caused Tony Blair to acknowledge that: "Teesside didn't feel the necessary link with Tyneside". And while Middlesbrough might be lukewarm about its Yorkshire lineage, try telling the good folk of Redcar and Cleveland that they are not Yorkshire. On August 1, Redcar hosts this year's major events for Yorkshire Day, which is celebrated with mounting enthusiasm each year.

But Gordon Brown seems as keen as Tony Blair to divide England into regions to fit the EU's pattern. Coupled with the appointment of regional ministers, he has scrapped regional assemblies but switched their considerable planning role to the regional development agencies - up here One NorthEast and Yorkshire Forward.

Neither the regional assemblies nor the development agencies are democratically elected. Sadly, few people realise that, in recent years, their elected councils have been required to work to strategies produced or promoted by these self-important quangos. But at least the assemblies were drawn largely from local councils. Gordon Brown's transfer of their powers to the even less democratic development agencies, while undertaking to hand more power back to communities, is truly Orwellian.

Nick Brown, the Minister for the North-East, says: "I will be working closely with the development agency and the Government office in the region and having early meetings with the trade unions, the chamber of commerce, academics and health service staff.''

No mention of elected councillors, you will notice. Sidelined even as they are promised a greater role, they will be as impotent as the rest of us to halt the much bigger change - the disappearance of England.

The school curriculum is being shaken up again. Out goes Winston Churchill as an historical figure worth studying. But pupils must learn about the Second World War. And, presumably, there will be a medal for any history teacher who fulfils both goals.

While having no wish to be flippant about the disastrous floods, I'm surprised not to have seen the headline that famously concluded the most popular episode of The Likely Lads: England Flooded Out.

Yes, there is a struggle over Englishness. There are powerful political elements within the UK which consider Englishness to be a grave threat both to the existence of the Union and to Scotland and Wales, particularly Scotland, as the politically distinct countries they have become within the Union since Devolution 1998. Scottishness and Welshness, on the other hand, were not considered a threat to the Union when Scotland and Wales in 1998 were given their own governments. Indeed, the establishment of a Scottish Parliament and a Welsh Assembly was presented as a way of solidifying the Union against Scottish and Welsh nationalism. Scottish unionist MPs like Gordon Brown and Donald Dewer made a lot of that argument for devolution.

In sharp contrast Englishness was denied, and is being emphatically denied, any political expression, has not been given self-rule as Scottishness and Welshness have been with their own parliament and assembly. There is no ’English Claim of Right’ on the lines of the Scottish Claim of Right framed and signed with ardent intent and deliberation by Gordon Brown and his Scottish colleagues in the Scottish Constitutional Convention of 1989. That Claim of Right was entitled ‘Scotland’s Parliament, Scotland’s Right’ and what Brown and co signed was this: ‘As a Member of Parliament elected by a Scottish Constituency, I hereby acknowledge the sovereign right of the Scottish people to determine the form of Government best suited to their needs, and do hereby declare and pledge that in all my actions and deliberations their interests shall be paramount.’

That declaration and pledge needs to be read out loud in the hearing of every British citizen. Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of UK and self-declared Grand Master for the Promotion of Britishness, pledged that in all his actions and deliberations the interests of the Scottish people would be paramount. Little wonder, then, that in his 10 years of being Chancellor of the Exchequer he handed over £60 billion more public money to Scotland than to England. Every year since 1997 Scotland has received an extra £5.7 billion to share among a population a tenth the size of England’s. £281 is paid by every English taxpayer to keep Scotland, which fiscally to the extent of some £11 billion per annum does not pay its way, in the style, the growingly enviable style, to which Scotland has become accustomed. No university tuition fees, free installation of central heating, free bus travel countrywide and free personal care in nursing homes for pensioners, no requirement for them to sell their houses, the most uptodate heart, cancer and anti-Alzeimer drugs available, its own parliament, self-rule in at least 75% of government while retaining total right to legislate for England and be ministers for English matters.

As I have said, there is a struggle over Englishness. The opposition to Englishness finding political expression in anything like the way Scottishness and Welshness have been given political recognition and expression is widespread among the UK Establishment. The three main political parties emphatically all oppose an English Parliament. Labour because it needs the votes of Scottish and Welsh MP, thinks an English Parliament will be Tory dominated, and because influential elements within it harbour an ingrained hostility towards England, The Tories because they think an EP will mean the termination of the Union and they still harbour futile illusions about having a future in Scotland. The LDs because they are still led by unionist Scots such as Menzies Campbell who have not yet been able to adjust mentally to the broader requirements of the 1998 devolution legislation. The LD younger English MPs, who are the Party’s future, have still to make their mark. And of course, for all Scottish MPs the present situation in which their responsibilities for their Scottish constituencies have been enormously reduced and transferred to MSPs while they still draw the same full pay as an English MP and still can be ministers for England is the best of all possible worlds. The BBC does not want it an English Parliament either. It has organised itself in ‘nations and regions’, Scotland and Wales being the ‘nations’, not England. There is a BBC Scotland and a BBC Wales but no BBC England. For the BBC England is just a conglomeration of ‘regions’, its distinct identity as a nation not recognised.

A total of 767 children applied for just 654 places available at the four schools in central Dudley. Education bosses have so far failed to reveal figures for the rest of the borough, but it is known hundreds have been left disappointed after failing to secure places at other oversubscribed schools in Dudley, such as Earls High and Windsor High.

At the most popular school in the centre of the borough, almost 80 youngsters failed to get their preferred choice of Hillcrest School and Community College.

And the poll of 2,000 adults for ITV DVD found that more 18-25-year-olds were unable to answer the question than those aged 55 plus.

The question was: What is one eighth of 32? The answers were: a) 6 b) 4c) 2 d) 8 e) None of these f) Don't know.

Schools secretary Ed Balls has just announced an inquiry into the way children are taught maths.

His announcement follows concerns that too many school leavers are unable to add up.

The survey found that basic numeracy skills are on the decline, with 96% of those aged 55-plus able to answer a "simple" maths question, taken from an eight-year-old's maths paper, correctly - compared with 88% of those aged 18-25.

The research was undertaken by ITV DVD to mark the DVD release of pre-school television programme Numberjacks: Calling All Agents!, which encourages children to develop key numerical skills.

The survey also showed that parents are starting to realise the extent to which pre-school learning helps later in life.

It found that 74% of adults believe watching educational programmes as a young child helps learning.

For any children under the age of eight, the correct answer is b) 4.

Northern Ireland is playing host to the British-Irish Council summit today. As the BBC reports, the headline is that it is Gordon Brown's first visit to Belfast since becoming Prime Minister. Northern Ireland's executive ministers are expected to call again for a peace dividend at the meeting, code for demanding more money from the Treasury (biggest contributor, England). Strategic transport links in Britain and Ireland will also be discussed by the council.

But what is the British-Irish council? The council brings together eight governments representing Westminster (the United Kingdom government), Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. It is a talking shop that apparently co-operates on bringing work forward in areas of mutual interest: "including the misuse of drugs, environment, knowledge economy, social inclusion, e-Health, tourism, transport, minority and lesser-used languages and demography." In other words it is a costly excuse for a knees up and deciding where money will be spent. Here is a graphic of the British-Irish Council membership.

A British scientist and member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, John A. Blacker MSc IMI (Physical Systems), is planning to sue the BBC for mass public deception via their “9/11: The Conspiracy Files” program, RINF Alternative News can reveal.

The program program which aired on 18 February, 2007, promised to offer a thorough examination of the events of 9/11 and answer many of the questions posed by the 9/11 Truth Movement.

However, the hour long program failed to investigate the tough questions and ignored hard evidence that points towards a deeper conspiracy, while presenting an unfair and unbalanced view of 9/11 research.

Scientist and member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, John A. Blacker, is taking action against this portrayal on the grounds of ‘Total Public Deception’.

In ongoing correspondence with the BBC, Mr. Blacker is requesting an official apology and a second program to be produced in order to ‘set the record straight’.

Mr Blacker is preparing to take legal action against the BBC and is currently gathering evidence.

Earlier this month, ex MI5 whistleblower, David Shayler, along with Adrian Connock, producer of Mind the Gap which exposed the false flag terrorism in London on 7/7/05, released an extensive video rebuttal destroying the BBC’s attempt to discredit scientific evidence and eyewitness reports.

Speaking to RINF, Mr. Blacker said: “The BBC is being sued for lying to viewers and a formal apology and a new film correcting the scandalous misinformation is needed.

“How can 80+ strongest, undamaged and heaviest bottom floors offer only 0.78 seconds of resistance between them - yet were designed and built to withstand 3 times working load and have “indestructible cores” when new. This is without considering air resistance and any other slowing effect.

“This simple maths proves 911 was a demolition,” he said.
